Reservation Policies


Reservation and Check-In Policies:


A deposit is required to reserve any room. The amount is determined by the length of stay and choice of room, usually one half of your total. Once your deposit payment is received, your room will be held through your scheduled arrival date. A refund may be given for two-night stays (on uneventful weekends only) with at least 21 days notice of cancellation, minus tax and a handling fee depending on your method of payment. Certain weekends are designated as "two-night minimum weekends". This includes Graduations, Parents' Weekends, Race Weekends, and others.

During this Special Event Weekends payment for two nights is required.

To reserve a room for one night's stay, full payment is required in advance. Deposit or payment refunds are not available for one-night stays, holidays, or special occasion weekends. (Such as race weekends and graduation)

A 15% discount is given for stays of four or more consecutive nights.

General check-in begins at 3:00pm, check out is expected by 11:00 a.m.
