Accommodations Policy:

One night's stay is required to reserve your room.
To reserve a room for only one night, full payment is required in advance.
Refunds not available for one-night stays, holidays,
or special occasion weekends. (Such as Parents' Day and graduations)
With 21 days notice - full refund given (except as noted above)
With less than 21 days notice, one-half of deposit
may be returned if your room can be rebooked
